HotBot is a SaaS application that integrates with git providers (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and messaging platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord) to send scheduled reminders about open pull requests and code reviews.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees associated with your chosen plan

• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
